It was really simple and easy way to get appointment of vaccination. Receiving the letter from gov, then access to the web site and input the data and book the date/time for vaccination. That’s it. After vaccinated, at 1st dose, I had a small gift with a box of mask, and at 2nd dose, also smoothly operated and received certification of completing vaccination with QR code. EU will start sharing this QR code for travelers moving more easily in EU area. Quite speedy in making decision and action. Japan should learn from EU’s way of doing thing right and speedy.
